Peninsula Stars Junior Football Club was established in 2001 with the aim of providing children with the opportunity to play football and at the same time improve their social skills.

We are affiliated to Cheshire F.A and are members of the Wallasey Junior Football League and Wallasey mini-football League.  We also have teams in the Eastham Junior Football League and the Ellesmere Port junior Football League.

We have a fully committed committee who meet each month to discuss the future of the club and any issues which may arise. The committee consists of Officers coaches and parents representatives who can bring to the meeting any issues on behalf of parents.

We have a dedicated Welfare officer who looks after any children’s issues in relation to Health/Safety, Child protection issues.

Since the early beginning we have now grown to having 13 teams from under 8’s to under 16.

We also now have a girl’s under 10′s squad.

We are a Charter Standard Club and all our coaches have attained at least FA Level 1 coaching qualification with 5 coaches obtaining Level 2 and all who have not done so already looking to take their FA Youth Module Awards.

We are a club with an emphasis on not only improving the player’s football skills but improving their social skills.  We expect all our players to show determination, ambition and sportsmanship while all the time placing the emphasis on FUN.

Peninsula Stars look to attract players who are disciplined and loyal. These players will enjoy a high standard of coaching that places importance on both technical and tactical development.
Peninsula Stars are a club that is about much more than what happens on a football pitch.  The club aims to produce football teams full of children who enjoy themselves and are friends on and off the pitch.

We expect them to maintain the standards asked of them at football in their everyday lives and to be proud of being a member of Peninsula Stars FC.

We also have in place a code of conduct for both players and parents who we expect all members of the club and parents to abide by.

Besides the football we have an annual presentation were all club members receive a trophy and during the year organise various social events to raise money for club funds.
